Il y a deux place catégorie des places pour les vendeurs: par table et dans kiosque. Une table de 1m 50 coûte 40000fmg par mois et un kiosque 150000 fmg par mois à commune. A l’intérieure du marche est divise en 5 partes de vendeurs. A cote un bain douche un accessible aux handicapes et 4 WC pour les travailleurs.
Les vendeurs respectent les règles «chacun possède un corbeille et n’a pas le droit de disposer quelque marchandise à la surface du marche.
Les agents surveillent attentivement pour contrôle «celui qu’est hors des règle il doit payer un amende. On constate que l’activité des clients est faible. Tant qu’il y a l’activité des gens se baladent entre les états mais les acheteurs sont rares. Les plupart d’entre eux sont restés les bras croisés «rien ne bouge il vaut mieux l’ancien que le nouveau».

Dans le centre ville de Mahajunga à Mahabibo la nouvelle marche est en activité actuellement. Apres 10 jours de l’inauguration de 23 novembre 2007 par le Président de la république Marc Ravalomanana
